Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will evaluate your request and reply to you within 2 working days. If your request is accepted, we will replace the item and resent it back to you with a shipping tracking number within 3 working days from the day we acknowledged the replacement request.
We will be glad to correct the order and resend the correct item to you at soonest possible.
